I am using the sleepless & Gorgeous regimen for the first time. What do I need to know?

The Sleepless & Gorgeous® skin care collection is designed to be used as twice daily skin care routine to restore skin health, even skin tone, smooth texture, brighten and bring radiance back. The S&G Kit is clinically tested and recommended for all women, but significant results will be best experienced by by women 35 to 49 years old who experience a lot of stress, and the climate and skin type specified on the product label.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

You will definitely start to see smoother, more even, and radiant skin within two weeks of using the S&G kit as long as you follow the twice daily routine. Within 4 to 6 weeks, you should notice even more noticeable results. Some parts will take longer to heal but they will continue to improve with time and continued use of the regimen. Do you test on animals?

NO, and we feel very strongly against animal cruelty.

Do your products contain harsh chemicals?

All of our products are free from Parabens, Phthalates, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Polyethylene glycols (PEGs), Palm oil, Hydroquinone, Lanolin, Essential oils, synthetic fragrances, we use phenoxyethanol in less than 0.9%. We have really tried to make sure every ingredient that is part of each product has a skin health reason for being there.

Why do you have just Fall /Winter products?

Currently we offer a Fall /Winter collections, but in March 2022 a Spring /Summer collection

Should I create an account?

Creating an account provides you access to your order history, addresses, and certainly will make check out easier after you save your addresses and billing information, but the most important part is that we are able to send our members random gifts once in a while.

The system is not recognizing my email when I try to log in to my account?

Please make sure that you are using the correct email address that you originally used to create the account. Creating an account online is optional. If you’d like to create an account, you can do so by visiting the accounts section of our website.

How can I recover my password?

You can request your password by selecting the My Account link on the top of this page, and then clicking on the "Forgot Password" link located under the "Returning Customers" section.

How can I update my account information?

You only need to sign into your account, and you will see a control panel that you can where you can see anything regarding your account that you need to change.



Where does SKINWIT ship to?

We ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding Guam, and the US Virgin Islands) via UPS. Currently at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, or to send packages internationally.



How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you to confirmation letter with an order tracking number and link so you can know the status of your package. Please remember that all orders require that the recipient signs for them.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

How do I return my order?

SKINWIT wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please contact us for a return authorization and we will send you more detailed instructions.

Why is my credit/debit card not being accepted?

Please make sure that the billing address and phone number you provided matches the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel that there might be an error, our suggestion is to get in contact with your banking institution or checking again the information entered in the billing information fields.



Does SKINWIT offer product samples?

To us, a product sample allows people to test how does a product feel but it is very hard to make a difference with a sample. Our solution is to offer full products, so our customers will not only experience how our products feel, but to actually get a 60 day experience from them. Please check some of the gifts we offer when purchasing a full kit.



I am having technical difficulties with the website. What should I do?

I cannot remember my password and can't login to my account - what do I do?

If you forgot your password, please click here to reset it. Make sure to enter the same email address you used to set up your account.

What happens if one of my product items is out of stock?

If for some reason a product is out of stock on the day you ordered it, you will receive an email letting you know that the order could not be placed. We will try to place your order every day for 7 days. After one week, if for some reason the product is still not available, we will email you and let you know. If for some crazy reason the product is still unavailable after 30 days, we will cancel your order and email you with all the cancelation information.
