Refund policy
Return, Exchange and Refund
We, “SkinWit” owned and operated by SkinWit Inc., promise to provide quality products only. We hope you enjoy your purchase(s), but if you are not satisfied with our products, we can accept a return or exchange. We provide the option to exchange or return products with a full refund for unused and original condition products with original packaging and tag attached within thirty (30) days of receiving the order.
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- All product issues must be reported within 14 days after the order was shipped.
- Returns must include all products shipped, including any gift with purchase, or samples.
- We will cover the return shipping cost only on those products you are requesting to exchange or return for our default,
- We will refund you the purchase price paid for the products(s) plus any tax paid on them, less any discounts, rebates, credits, gifts, or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
- In the event that you return part of a kit, the prices of the products remaining will be adjusted to their full retail price without any Kit discounts; additionally, any gifts received should be returned without any damages to avoid being charged the full retail price for them. We will refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning.
- We will not approve nor accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Products marked as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
- After you ship us your return, please allow 14 business days for “SkinWit” to receive and process it.
- Products must have been purchased directly from “SkinWit.com.”
Exchange Policy:
- We will not accept any exchange for heavily used, tag removed, and packaging damaged product(s). If you request to exchange for your change of mind, you need to manage the safe return and shipping cost.
- If the item (s) you want to exchange has already been shipped, please select the “Return” option in “Account” and place a new order.
Return and Exchange Process:
- Please select our return option for the details of applying return and exchange request or email: orders@skinwit.com with your name, product(s) codes, invoice number, and other purchase details with a reason for your return. We will not accept returns with a full refund for a change of mind. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit for return or exchange items. We highly advise you to use registered Post mail options to return the product(s).
- We will deny any refund or exchange without any proof of purchase and any product(s) damaged by the recipient. After approval of any return request, a refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the purchase, within seven (7) business days.
- Please remember we will not accept any return request for items that have been previously exchanged.
How to Return and Exchange:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Reason for your return/exchange
Failure to complete this information will slow processing, and/or your return will be sent back to you. Price adjustments will be taken into account for recently purchased items up to 14 days after purchase.
